Not particularly green nor particularly pleasant the run down inner cities.
The boy is Oscar, the dog is Bullet, the social housing block of flats being sold off to private developers and tenants given notice to quit but unable to rent elsewhere in the city.

I have no problem with people being rich, I have problem if they do not pay their fair share of taxes or steal from their countries coffers putting the money offshore so they can buy properties in London and other big cities.
