Tepco's logo looks reassuring, something of Mickey Mouse about it, the blue paint splat is a Photoshop brush which is surprisingly like the islands of Japan. The lovely Kokeshi dolls were first made in North East Japan to sell as souvenirs to visitors to an Onsen, hot spring bathhouse.
